Dr. HE Dongquan
Corporate representative, the director of the Energy Foundation’s China Sustainable Cities Program,  Ph.D. from Tsinghua Univiersity in environmental science. He had worked with Argonne National Laboratory and focused on road transportation energy system analysis before 2001.  

 

Dr. WANG Jiangyan

Executive Director. Twenty years of extensive experiences in research, design and project management of urban and transportation planning. She has conducted and managed projects in USA, China, Australia, UAE, India and Malaysia in the area of TOD, BRT, large events, travel demand model, regional and urban transportation. She is also deeply involved in research and academic activities.

 

LUO Fang
Vice Operation Director, MA from University of Greenwich and Project Management Professional (PMP) Certificate from Project Management Institute. His major duties include general operations, financial management and human resources management of the Center. 

 

Dr. WANG Zhigao
Project Manager, specialized in transportation planning, traffic simulation, and transit network optimization. He has managed or participated in a number of pilot projects in the fields of low carbon city planning, transit oriented development, bus rapid transit planning, and transit system optimization. Before joining CSTC, he worked with TranSystems Corporation.

 

LIU Daizong

Senior Program Specialist. Ten years of professional experiences in transport planning, transit optimization, traffic simulation, traffic signal system, ITS and urban transport policy and strategy. He has managed or conducted in a number of projects in Singapore, Vietnam, Australia, UAE and China in the fields of BRT design and planning, TOD, transport forecast modal, traffic signal control system and urban transport policy. Before joining CSTC, he worked with CPG Corporation in Singapore for 3 years.

 

JIANG Yang
Senior Program Specialist. Mr. Jiang holds Master of Science and MCP from MIT, and Master of Architecture from Tsinghua University. Jiang has working experience at the World Bank, IBI Group, Aedas Architects as consultant or project assistant. Jiang’s major interests include carbon emission evaluation for urban planning/ transportation projects, and TOD and NMT system planning and design.  

 

LIU Yang

Program Specialist, MCP from MIT, MUD and B.Arch from Tsinghua University. Yang had a few year's planning and design experience in various organizations (such as Sasaki, EDAW and etc), with a focus on livable streets, TOD planning and design, and urban redevelopment.

 

WANG Yue

Project Specialist, B.Arch from Architecture School of THU, Master of Architecture Science from GSAPP(Graduate School of Architecture, Planning and Preservation, Columbia University. Has done a lot of city research in China, United States and Africa, especially on economic and historic factors in urban development. Major work realm are sustainable urban planning and design projects and NMT system planning and design projects.

 

XIE Jianhua

Engineer, program specialist, Master of transportation planning and management from Beijing University of Technology, have been working with BRT system planning and evaluation programs and transit optimization programs in several cities.

 

CHEN Suping
Engineeer, Program Specialist, Transportaton planning and management Master of Dongnan Universtiy. Has involed in a lot public transit optimization projects, the main research area is transit system optimization, transit system evaluation, IC card and GPS data mining,TransCAD and EMME model application.
